Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase!
We hope you are happy with your purchase. 
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us in its original packaging for a full refund, not including shipping charges. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at support@traecho.store. We will reply to you with a confirmation email with step-by-step instructions to obtain proper return steps, including:
  • Steps to conduct a return order
  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Return address
  • Notifications
  • Matters needing attention
After receiving a RMA number, please write it on a paper and place it securely in the original packaging with product and accessories. Properly package the whole items, so no damage occurs during transit.
The customer is responsible for any shipping costs related to returning an item. We will not be liable for returns that are lost in transit or returned to the incorrect address. For your protection, we recommend you use a trackable delivery service and retain your return tracking information. Any return shipping costs are non-refundable.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your items, we will process your return. All items must be returned within 30 days of your purchase and in their original saleable condition, including the original packaging, product and any accessories or documentation that came with the item.
Returns not complying with the above conditions will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, deducted from the refund.
If we do not receive your returned items within 30 days of purchase, your refund will not be processed.
Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on the original form of your payment. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
Final sale products cannot be returned
